Enter a sacred portal on the eve of the New Year. Our practice together will be a beautiful ritual. We will consciously release ourselves from 2014 and open to the grace and transformation that 2015 invites. Awareness, breath, ease and kindness, as always, will be our guides.... yin and InnerYoga, as well as clear intentions and visioning will be our vehicles.

Cost: $50 in advance, $60 at the door. 
Please bring a small rock or pebble as an offering in our ritual. You may like to bring your journal as well.
